Advance and Final Payment: To confirm your booking, 50% of the total payment must be made in advance. This helps us secure your reservation and prepare for your journey. The remaining 50% payment is to be made at the time of pickup, before the start of your trip. This ensures a hassle-free beginning to your Chaar Dhaam Yatra or any other tour with us.
Non-Refundable Advance Payment: In the event of a cancellation on the final day or after the booking is confirmed, the advance payment (50% of the total amount) will be non-refundable. This policy is in place as we allocate resources and make arrangements in advance to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We recommend informing us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Extra Charges for Extended Stays: If your trip extends beyond the originally planned duration due to personal preferences or unforeseen circumstances, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the extra days or hours of service provided, including vehicle usage, driver allowances, and any other applicable fees. We will inform you of these charges in advance and ensure complete transparency in billing.

Day 1: Delhi to Uttarkashi (Approx. 12-14 hours drive)

Early Morning Departure (5:00 AM): Start your journey from Delhi. Ensure you leave early to avoid traffic and make the most of the day.

Route: Delhi → Haridwar → Rishikesh → Tehri → Uttarkashi.

Breakfast Stop (8:00 AM): Stop at a roadside dhaba or restaurant near Haridwar/Rishikesh for breakfast.

Lunch Stop (1:00 PM): Take a break at a restaurant in Devprayag or Srinagar (Garhwal) for lunch.

Evening Arrival in Uttarkashi (6:00 PM): Reach Uttarkashi, a serene town on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Check into your pre-booked hotel or guesthouse.

Dinner & Relaxation: Enjoy a warm dinner and rest for the night. Uttarkashi is known for its peaceful ambiance, so take a short walk if you’re not too tired.

Day 2: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and Back (Approx. 4-5 hours drive one way)

Early Morning (6:00 AM): Start your day early with breakfast at the hotel.

Drive to Gangotri (7:00 AM): Begin your journey to Gangotri, one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites. The drive is scenic, with views of the Bhagirathi River and lush valleys.

Enroute Stops:

Harsil (10:00 AM): A picturesque village known for its apple orchards and stunning views. Stop for tea or snacks.

Bhairon Ghati: A small temple dedicated to Bhairon, located en route to Gangotri.

Arrival in Gangotri (11:30 AM): Reach Gangotri and visit the Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Take a dip in the holy Bhagirathi River (if weather permits) and perform prayers.

Lunch (1:00 PM): Enjoy a simple vegetarian meal at a local dhaba or carry packed lunch.

Visit Surya Kund and Gauri Kund, natural hot water springs near the temple.
