Advance and Final Payment: To confirm your booking, 50% of the total payment must be made in advance. This helps us secure your reservation and prepare for your journey. The remaining 50% payment is to be made at the time of pickup, before the start of your trip. This ensures a hassle-free beginning to your Chaar Dhaam Yatra or any other tour with us.
Non-Refundable Advance Payment: In the event of a cancellation on the final day or after the booking is confirmed, the advance payment (50% of the total amount) will be non-refundable. This policy is in place as we allocate resources and make arrangements in advance to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We recommend informing us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Extra Charges for Extended Stays: If your trip extends beyond the originally planned duration due to personal preferences or unforeseen circumstances, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the extra days or hours of service provided, including vehicle usage, driver allowances, and any other applicable fees. We will inform you of these charges in advance and ensure complete transparency in billing.

Day 1: Delhi to Guptkashi/Sitapur (Approx. 12-14 hours drive)

6:00 AM: Pickup from your location in Delhi. Meet your experienced driver and begin your journey to Guptkashi/Sitapur, the base for the Kedarnath Yatra.

En Route: Enjoy scenic views as you travel through the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Stop for breakfast and lunch at recommended roadside dhabas or restaurants.

Key Stops: Rishikesh (optional short break to witness the Ganges and Laxman Jhula) and Devprayag (confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers).

Evening: Arrive in Guptkashi/Sitapur by 8:00-9:00 PM. Check into a pre-booked hotel or guesthouse for an overnight stay.

Dinner: Enjoy a warm meal at the hotel. Rest and prepare for the next day’s trek to Kedarnath.
Day 2: Guptkashi/Sitapur to Kedarnath and Back to Guptkashi/Sitapur

5:00 AM: Early morning wake-up call. After a quick breakfast, drive to Gaurikund (approx. 1-2 hours), the starting point of the Kedarnath trek.

7:00 AM: Begin your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (16 km one way). You can choose to trek on foot, hire a pony, or take a palanquin (palki) service. Helicopter services are also available (subject to booking in advance).

En Route: Visit Rambara, a scenic midpoint, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Himalayas.

12:00 PM: Arrive at Kedarnath Temple. Seek blessings at one of the holiest shrines of Lord Shiva. Spend time exploring the temple premises and soaking in the spiritual ambiance.

1:30 PM: Have lunch at a local eatery near the temple.

2:30 PM: Begin your descent back to Gaurikund.

6:00 PM: Reach Gaurikund and drive back to Guptkashi/Sitapur.

8:00 PM: Check into your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Guptkashi/Sitapur to Delhi (Approx. 12-14 hours drive)
