At Uttarakhand Tours & Trails, we strive to make your booking process simple and transparent. To ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our team, we have outlined the following payment policy:

Advance and Final Payment: To confirm your booking, 50% of the total payment must be made in advance. This helps us secure your reservation and prepare for your journey. The remaining 50% payment is to be made at the time of pickup, before the start of your trip. This ensures a hassle-free beginning to your Chaar Dhaam Yatra or any other tour with us.

Non-Refundable Advance Payment: In the event of a cancellation on the final day or after the booking is confirmed, the advance payment (50% of the total amount) will be non-refundable. This policy is in place as we allocate resources and make arrangements in advance to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We recommend informing us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.

Extra Charges for Extended Stays: If your trip extends beyond the originally planned duration due to personal preferences or unforeseen circumstances, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the extra days or hours of service provided, including vehicle usage, driver allowances, and any other applicable fees. We will inform you of these charges in advance and ensure complete transparency in billing.

Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar/Rishikesh (230 km | 6-7 hours)

Departure: Early morning pickup from Delhi in a private taxi.
Travel: Enjoy a scenic drive through the plains of Uttarakhand.
Arrival: Reach Haridwar or Rishikesh by afternoon.
Activities:
Visit Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar for the evening Ganga Aarti (if staying in Haridwar).
Explore Triveni Ghat and Parmarth Niketan in Rishikesh (if staying in Rishikesh).
Overnight Stay: Hotel in Haridwar/Rishikesh.
Day 2: Haridwar/Rishikesh to Guptkashi/Sitapur (200 km | 8-9 hours)

Departure: Early morning after breakfast.
Travel: Drive through Devprayag (confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers) and Rudraprayag.
Arrival: Reach Guptkashi or Sitapur by evening.
Activities:
Visit the ancient Guptkashi Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Relax and prepare for the Kedarnath trek the next day.
Overnight Stay: Hotel in Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Day 3: Guptkashi/Sitapur to Kedarnath (30 km drive + 16 km trek)

Departure: Early morning drive to Sonprayag.
Travel: From Sonprayag, take a shared jeep to Gaurikund (the base for the Kedarnath trek).
Trek: Start the 16 km trek to Kedarnath or opt for a helicopter service (subject to availability).
Activities:
Visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple for darshan.
Explore the serene surroundings and enjoy the spiritual ambiance.
Overnight Stay: Kedarnath (guesthouse or camps).

Day 4: Kedarnath to Guptkashi/Sitapur (16 km trek + 30 km drive)

Departure: Early morning after darshan and breakfast.
Trek: Return to Gaurikund and drive back to Guptkashi/Sitapur.
Activities:
Relax and unwind after the trek.
Visit local temples or explore the area.
Overnight Stay: Hotel in Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Day 5: Guptkashi/Sitapur to Badrinath (180 km | 8-9 hours)

Departure: Early morning after breakfast.
Travel: Drive through Joshimath and enjoy the stunning views of the Himalayas.
Arrival: Reach Badrinath by afternoon.
Activities:
Visit the Badrinath Temple for darshan.
Explore Mana Village (the last village before the Indo-Tibetan border), Vyas Gufa, and Bhim Pul.
Take a dip in the Tapt Kund (hot spring).
Overnight Stay: Hotel in Badrinath.

Day 6: Badrinath to Delhi (320 km | 10-12 hours)

Departure: Early morning after breakfast and final darshan at Badrinath Temple.
Travel: Begin the return journey to Delhi via Joshimath, Rudraprayag, and Rishikesh.

Arrival: Reach Delhi by late evening.
